Nature of the site and liability
This rental site is independent and unofficial. Information about the resort (opening hours, prices, opening dates, snow conditions) is indicative and may change: please check it with the service providers. The publisher cannot be held liable for any decision taken solely on the basis of this information.
Personal data
The contact form collects your name, your e-mail address, your dates of stay, the number of people and your message. This data is used only to reply to your stay request. It is neither sold nor transferred, and is kept for as long as needed to process your request and follow up the booking. In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you may request access to, rectification or erasure of your data, or object to its processing, by writing to the publisher through the contact form. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).
Guest space and inspection reports
Guests have a personal space, accessible through an individual link sent by e-mail before the stay. It allows guests to carry out, with a phone, a check-in and check-out inspection by photographs, in order to record the condition of the accommodation by agreement between both parties.
The data processed are: name, e-mail address, telephone number (where provided), dates of stay, photographs of the accommodation and comments entered by the guest. Legal basis: legitimate interest of the publisher (proof of the condition of the accommodation and prevention of disputes). The photographs are stored on a private server located in France, are accessible only to the publisher, are neither published nor transferred, and are automatically deleted 60 days after the end of the stay.
The cleaning staff who work at changeovers also photograph or film the accommodation after cleaning and check its inventory; these photographs and videos, which do not show people, are kept under the same conditions and are used only to check the service performed. Reminders are sent by e-mail from contact@lepaquebotdesneiges.fr. The guest space uses no cookies; only the owner’s administration access uses a strictly necessary session cookie. You may request access to, rectification or deletion of your data at any time by writing to the publisher.
Cookies and third-party services
The site uses no advertising cookies and sets no tracking cookies. It uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, a cookie-free audience measurement tool that relies on no persistent identifier or profiling and therefore requires no consent; it provides aggregated statistics (page views, country, device type). To display maps and weather, your browser queries third-party services (OpenStreetMap, Open-Meteo), which may receive your IP address.
